Vancouver Police Collision investigators are appealing for witnesses to come forward, following a serious collision involving a stolen vehicle at East 41st Avenue and Fraser Street on February 15th.
About 6:30 p.m., VPD responded to the intersection after reports that a green car travelling westbound struck a brown SUV, totalling both vehicles. Two suspects were seen fleeing and were located nearby.
The collision happened at a busy intersection during a busy time of day, so police believe there are many potential witnesses who left before investigators could speak with them. In particular, there was a group of teenagers who provided valuable information, but were gone before more follow-up could be done.
