The body of the suspect in yesterday’s homicide in a home on E. 41st Avenue near Rupert Street has been found in a south Vancouver park.
Shortly after 27-year-old Thi Tam Nguyen was found murdered in her home yesterday, the hunt for her ex-husband began.
His car was quickly found abandoned in Richmond, but police were unable to locate the suspect.
Early this afternoon, officers were called to a trail near Gladstone Park off of E. Kent Avenue where the body of a man was found hanging in a tree.
The body had been discovered by a 13-year-old waking along the trail. Police and paramedics arrived, but the man was pronounced dead. He has been identified as the suspect in Nguyen’s murder.
