High risk offender Donald James Sabey is back behind bars.
Donald Sabey is a federal offender charged with sex assault, forcible confinement and uttering threats. He was wanted Canada-wide for being unlawfully at large after he failed to return to his Vancouver halfway house.
Today, investigators with the VPD High Risk Offender Unit arrested Sabey without incident at a home in Vancouver.
