The Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help to find a high-risk sex offender who is wanted Canada-wide.
Thirty-one-year old Kelsey Alexander Allard was on statutory release serving a sentence just short of five years for sexual assault, threatening, overcome resistance by choking and forcible confinement. He failed to return to his halfway house last night as required and a warrant has now been issued for his arrest.
Kelsey Allard has been assessed as a high risk to re-offend sexually and violently. He is described as white, 5’10” tall, 165 lbs., with short brown hair, blue eyes and glasses. He has tattoos on both forearms, and was last seen wearing a black hoody with a red design across the front, blue jeans and black and white runners.
While it is unknown where Allard may have potentially traveled to, he has ties to both the Lower Mainland and Prince George.
Anyone who sees Kelsey Allard or knows of his whereabouts is asked not to approach him and call 9-1-1 immediately.
