Vancouver Police are continuing to investigate after a woman reported being attacked this morning near Fraserview Golf Course.
Shortly before 8:00 a.m., a 28-year-old woman walking her dog on the trails around the golf course near S.E. Marine Drive was seriously assaulted. A jogger in the area found the woman and called police. An extensive search by officers for the suspect was not successful.
Investigators have been in the area for much of the day attempting to locate witnesses and gather any potential evidence. No arrests have been made.
The woman was taken to hospital, but has since been released and is recovering at home.
