Vancouver – The suspect in an East Vancouver homicide has been arrested by Vancouver Police and charged with second-degree murder.
Vancouver Police initiated a homicide investigation on April 6, after responding to reports of a shooting at a home near North Kootenay and Dundas Street. Benn Robert Arthur Harrison died at the scene.
Following an investigation by VPD’s homicide unit, the BC Prosecution Service charged Tyler Harrison, 23, with second-degree murder. Harrison was arrested in Maple Ridge by Vancouver Police on April 29.
Harrison remains in custody.
