Vancouver – The Vancouver Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 84-year-old man who suffers from dementia.
Jose Aguirre lives near Commercial Drive and East 16th Avenue and was last seen at his home at approximately 10:00 a.m. today. He likes to visit Clark Park, which is just north of his home, and he also frequents Famous Foods on Kingsway near Dumfries Street.
Jose is a Hispanic man with a slim build, short grey hair, and a salt-and-pepper beard. He was last seen wearing a red sweater, a shirt with red and grey squares, and grey pants. Jose may also be wearing brown slippers and eyeglasses.
If Jose is located, the VPD asks that you stay with him and call 911 immediately.
