Vancouver Police are releasing the identity of Vancouver’s 8th homicide of 2010. Lin Wah Sam, a 59 year old Vancouver resident, was shot while inside the Happy Blossom Restaurant at 2052 Kingsway on September 23rd.
The only suspect description is of an unknown person wearing black clothing.
