Vancouver Police were called to the 3400 block of Renfrew Street last evening after a man’s body was discovered in the west lane.
Shortly after 9 p.m., a 9-1-1 caller reported hearing the sound of screaming coming from the rear lane of 3433 Renfrew Street. Police arrived at the back of the apartment building and found a deceased man believed to be in his 50s.
Investigators from the VPD Major Crime Section were called in and the investigation is ongoing.
The man’s identity is not been released until his family is notified.
