The victim of Vancouver’s tenth homicide of 2015 is 20-year-old Samir Mokhtar.
Investigators are also appealing for additional witnesses to contact the Vancouver Police at (604) 717-2500.
Officers believe that there were several witnesses in nearby Falaise Park who fled the area when gunshots were heard. These people may have witnessed a suspect running to or from the murder and have valuable information to share.
