Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man, who was last seen in mid-September at his residence in the 1100 block Hornby Street.
Forty-nine-year-old Kevin Blair Phillips is white, 6 feet tall, 180 lbs., with grey and black hair, and brown eyes.
Although Kevin generally keeps to himself, it is out of character for him to be away from home for an extended period of time and not to be in contact with his family in Eastern Canada.
Anyone who sees Kevin Phillips, or has information on his whereabouts, is asked to call 9-1-1.
