Update: March 13, 2017
Thirty-two-year-old Navdip Singh Sanghera of Vancouver has been identified as one of the two victims in last night’s double homicide on East 31st Avenue near Ross Street.
The other victim, a 49-year-old man from Vancouver, is not being identified at this time, pending the notification of family.
