Traffic is flowing as normal around City Hall and the crowd is estimated to be under 200 people. VPD have opened up all roads and the rallies appear to be finished.
Officers made five arrests for breach of the peace, and two people were escorted out of the rally to prevent a disturbance. There were no reported assaults and no injuries.
