Update: November 3, 2017
The VPD’s Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help in locating 24-year-old Carl Couture. He was last seen at his residence in the area of Haro and Thurlow Street on Tuesday morning.
Carl recently moved to Vancouver from Eastern Canada and he has not shown up for work, or been in contact with family or friends since the early hours of October 31st. His lack of communication is out of character and a cause for concern.
He is white, 6’2″, 165 lbs., with short blonde hair, brown eyes, and he wears glasses.
Investigators are asking anyone who sees Carl Couture, or has information about his whereabouts, to contact the Vancouver Police at 604-717-3321.
