Vancouver Police have arrested 47-year-old Stanley Porter, a sex offender and parolee, who failed to return to his Vancouver halfway house.
Just after 5 p.m., this evening, acting on a tip, VPD patrol officers arrested Mr. Porter, near the area of Powell Street and Jackson Avenue.
