Crown counsel has approved a number of charges related to last Friday’s carjacking in downtown Vancouver.
Twenty-seven-year-old Vancouver resident Jesse William Swain has been charged with the following offences:
- three counts of assault with a weapon
- robbery
- dangerous driving causing bodily harm
- fail to stop at an accident scene involving bodily harm
- fail to stop at an accident with a vehicle; and
- theft under $5000.
Swain remains in custody.
