Vancouver Police have arrested a second individual in relation to a 2019 homicide that took the life of 43-year-old Fizul Mohammed.
Trent Harper, a 24-year-old man of Vancouver, has been charged with one count of manslaughter. This arrest follows the arrest of Shaikh Hussain a 26-year-old man from Vancouver, who was charged with one count of second degree murder earlier today.
Both men are in custody.
