Police officers stopped at a red light were flagged down by a woman chasing a man on a bicycle. She told the officers that the cyclist had stolen her cell phone right out of her hands as he rode by.
The officers stopped the suspect, who was in possession of multiple knives, suspected drugs, and the victim’s cell phone. He was arrested for theft, obstruct police officer, outstanding warrants, and breach of conditions.
The cell phone was returned to the victim.
