A man confronted his neighbour about a missing wallet last weekend in the hallway of their apartment building. The neighbour responded by allegedly pointing a gun at him, then attempting to hit him with it. He then reportedly picked up a collapsible baton and began hitting him. The neighbour’s friend joined in, allegedly spraying the man with bear spray.

Police arrived and arrested the neighbour and his friend for possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. The two men were uncooperative.

The firearm was not located, but the baton and the bear spray were seized.
