Vancouver – Charges have been approved by the BC Prosecution Service against a Vancouver man following a Vancouver Police investigation into a murder last July.
Officers responded to 9-1-1 calls about shots being fired call near Main Street and East 48th Avenue on July 13, 2020. Amin Shahin Shakur, 30, was found dead at the scene.
Mohammed Abu-Sharife, 41, has been charged with second degree murder.
Abu-Sharife will remain in custody until his next court appearance.
