Vancouver – Vancouver Police have re-arrested Kenneth Nolan Kirton, who was wanted Canada-wide after failing to return to his halfway house Saturday morning.
Kirton was arrested just before 11 p.m near China Creek Park, in East Vancouver, after VPD officers responded to reports of a man acting erratically in the area.
He was transported back to jail.
