Vancouver – Charges have been approved following a Vancouver Police investigation into a shooting that occurred in the Granville Entertainment District in January.
The 32-year-old victim was standing near Granville and Nelson streets when he was shot just after 10 p.m. on January 17. The victim was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Jeremy Pete, 41, has been charged with attempt murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a loaded firearm.
Pete remains in custody.
