Vancouver Police are investigating an overnight homicide in Vancouver’s Kensington-Cedar Cottage neighbourhood.
Officers were called to a home near East 33rd Avenue and Knight Street just after 1 a.m. today. A man was found deceased inside the home.
A 39-year-old man was arrested at the scene. The victim’s identity is unknown.
The file remains under investigation and there is no risk to the public. More information will be provided when available.
This is the city’s first homicide of 2024.
