Vancouver — Vancouver Police are investigating a fatal collision between a motorcyclist and a fire truck on the Stanley Park causeway.
Vancouver Fire Rescue Services was responding to a call at approximately 12:45 p.m. today, travelling north on the causeway toward Stanley Park Drive, when the collision occurred.
Investigators believe the motorcyclist was travelling in the opposite direction when he collided with another vehicle and was then struck by the oncoming fire truck.
The motorcyclist died at the collision scene.
