Vancouver – A suspect has been charged following the theft of a Vancouver Police vehicle in East Vancouver Sunday morning.
Dustin Walter Tallio is now charged with the following Criminal Code of Canada offences:
- Theft of motor vehicle, contrary to Section 333.1 (1)(b)
- Dangerous driving causing bodily harm, contrary to Section 320.13(2)
- Fail to remain at the scene of an accident, contrary to Section 320.16(2)
- Fail to stop for police, contrary to Section 320.17
