Vancouver – A suspect has been arrested by Vancouver Police and charged with sexual assault following an alleged incident at English Bay.
At approximately 3 p.m. Monday, Vancouver Police responded to a report that a man allegedly groped another man’s genitalia in a public washroom. Police located the suspect and arrested him.
Cecil Flett, 50, is charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of failing to comply with a release order. Flett remains in custody pending a bail hearing.
