Vancouver – A woman has died following an e-scooter collision in downtown Vancouver this morning.
At approximately 5:30 a.m., a man and a woman were riding an e-scooter northbound on Seymour Street when they entered the intersection at West Pender Street. They were not wearing helmets and collided with a transit bus travelling westbound on West Pender Street. The woman was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Vancouver Police Department’s Collision Investigation Unit is working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
