Vancouver Police Homicide investigators have released a composite drawing of a person of interest in Vancouver’s 15th homicide of 2009.
The body of Lisa Arlene Francis, age 41, was discovered in the Fraser River on July 23rd.
The person of interest may be associated to a dark-coloured, full-sized, older 1990s model pick-up truck with an extended cab. He is white, mid-30s to early 40s, 6′ tall and tanned with a muscular build. His hair was short, with the top combed forward, bangs cut straight across and may have bleached highlights. He was wearing shorts and a tank top.
At this time he is not considered a suspect.
