Vancouver Police are looking for the public’s help after a woman was sexually assaulted in her apartment building in the 2000 block of West 8th Avenue on March 7th.
The woman when leaving her building at approximately 11:30 a.m. noticed a man loitering in the lobby. A few moments later, she returned to the building and as she exited the elevator on an upper floor to go to her apartment, the man suddenly appeared and grabbed her breasts. She screamed and pushed him away and the man fled down a stairwell.
Police are looking for a white man, 17 to 25 years of age, with a very thin build and a clean-shaven face. He was wearing a red hoodie-style top and baggy pants, and appeared to be shaky or nervous.
