Thirty-four-year-old Tyler Gagnon, a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant, has been arrested.
Just before 4 p.m. today, Vancouver Police observed Gagnon near West 4th Avenue and Vine Street and safely arrested him.
Gagnon was wanted for being unlawfully at large after he failed to return to his Vancouver halfway house.
