Charges have now been laid against a Vancouver man in relation to the death of 59 year old Michael Charles Gregory.
Shortly after 10:30 a.m. on February 9th, two men were involved in a fight at Commercial Drive and Venables Street. Police were called and when they arrived, they found Mr. Gregory suffering from serious injuries. He was taken to hospital by paramedics where he was pronounced dead.
Twenty-seven year old Matthew Anthony-Cook was arrested by Vancouver Police at about 2:30 p.m. on April 4th and has been charged with manslaughter. He remains in custody and will appear in Provincial Court this morning.
