A 45 year old Burnaby man is now facing charges in the assault of two women last September 18th. The women were getting off a bus at Commercial and East Hastings shortly after 6:00 p.m. when they were assaulted.
Andrew Joseph Walko is charged with assault and assault causing bodily harm.
His next court appearance is scheduled for January 17th at 1:30 p.m. at 222 Main Street.
