Police are dealing with a distraught man at a home near East 60th and Ross Street.
Officers were called to the home earlier today after concerns over the man’s mental health and allegations of threats to cause bodily harm.
The man has barricaded himself in the home and has refused to come out as requested by police.
The VPD Emergency Response Team and negotiators will be continuing their efforts to peacefully resolve the stand-off.
