Around 3:30 p.m., police were called to an apartment building in the area of Davie and Denman Street after receiving a report that a man with a gun had forced his way into a suite.
During the home invasion, one man fled to a neighbouring restaurant where he called 9-1-1.
A second man managed to escape from the suite by jumping from a balcony. That victim was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Two additional victims, one man and one woman, were located inside the building, uninjured.
A subsequent search of the building revealed that the suspect had left prior to the arrival of police.
Two of the victims, both men in their 20s, are known to police and appear to have been targeted.
The investigation is ongoing.
