The Vancouver Police Board is asking for your input.
The Vancouver Police Board is recruiting a new chief constable to lead the VPD. Let the Board know what you think:
- What is going well? What would you like the VPD to continue?
- What changes would you like to see?
- What do you think are the top challenges for the new chief?
- What particular attributes will the new chief need?
- What are some ways you will know that the new chief is doing a good job?
All responses will go directly to the Board’s external search consultant and will be confidential and non-attributable. Please do not comment on specific individuals.
Feedback will be used to set criteria for the position, to communicate expectations and priorities to the new chief, and to help renew the VPD’s next five-year strategic plan.
