Update – Missing Man Found
Sixty-five-year-old Robert Hansen Carey was just found by officers in Vancouver and brought home to his wife.
Police Looking For Missing Man:
The VPD are asking for the public’s help in locating a man who was last seen on July 26th.
Sixty-five-year-old Robert Hansen Carey was last seen by his wife at their apartment on East 6th near Fraser Street. Investigators believe he may have headed to the BC Interior, or attempted to travel to the Penticton or Summerland area by bus.
Mr. Carey is described as white, 5’5″ tall, balding, and has a heavy build. He was last seen wearing a green baseball cap, orange checkered shirt, white runners, and blue jeans and is likely carrying a green and black shopping bag and pushing a red walker. Robert may appear disheveled and confused.
Anyone who sees Robert Carey is asked to call 9-1-1, ask for police and ambulance, and stay with him until officers arrive.
