Vancouver Police have now recovered the two rose quartz lions stolen last week.
Sometime between 6:00 p.m. on September 6th and 8:00 a.m. on September 7th, the lion statues were stolen in a break-and-enter at the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden located at 578 Carrall Street.
The statues have been returned to the popular tourist spot where they have been a fixture for about 30 years.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
