Vancouver – High-risk offender Steven Frederickson was re-arrested by Vancouver Police today, after a Canada-wide warrant was issued for failing to return to his halfway house.
Officers located Frederickson earlier today in Gastown, after responding to reports of a suspicious person near Columbia and Powell Streets. He was immediately taken into custody and returned to jail.
