A suspect has been charged in the death of a man at a Fairview shelter last year.
Jason Robert St. Anne, 40, was stabbed outside a shelter near Yukon Street and West 5th Avenue following an altercation on January 8, 2023. St. Anne was rushed to hospital where he died.
Dillon Goth, 28, has been arrested by the VPD and charged with one count of manslaughter.
Goth remains in custody until his next court date.
