Vancouver – Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing 21-year-old woman.
Shayla Ignace-Guitar was last seen in the Downtown Eastside on February 2, 2026. She is known to frequent Maple Ridge, Surrey, and Coquitlam. Her family has not heard from Shayla and is concerned for her well-being. Shayla was reported missing to VPD on March 6.
Shayla is Indigenous, approximately 5’6”, and has a slim build. She has dark collar-length hair, a scorpion tattoo on her right forearm, a bear paw tattoo on both forearms, and a dragon tattoo on her left shoulder. She was last seen wearing a purple jacket, black and white leggings, and dark shoes.
Anyone who sees Shayla, or knows her whereabouts, is asked to call 9-1-1 or Missing Persons Unit 604-717-2530.
