An incident involving a suspicious item resembling a pipe bomb discovered in the 1600 block Angus Drive this morning has been resolved safely.
Members of the Vancouver Police Explosive Disposal Unit have rendered the device safe. Forensic investigators are now examining the item to determine its contents. Further investigative follow-up will now be completed by members of the Major Crime Section.
