A 33 year old Vancouver man is in police custody following a suspicious circumstance reported to police earlier this morning at Tinseltown Mall.
Around 10:30 this morning, mall security noticed small holes in an exterior window of the mall. Police responded and cordoned off the area.
It is unknown if the holes were made by a firearm or other projectile.
A person of interest is currently in police custody.
Every precaution is being taken to protect the safety of the public. The area will remain closed as police continue to investigate. More details will be released as they become available.
It is not believed at this time that any person was targeted by the man’s actions. No injuries have been reported to police.
