Vancouver Police are asking for the help to find a 45 year old man wanted Canada-wide for being unlawfully at large.
Douglas Werner has an extensive criminal history and recently served time for a series of robberies.
On March 8th, Douglas Werner failed to return to a Vancouver halfway house for his curfew, resulting in a breach of his release conditions.
Werner is white, 5’8″ tall, 200 lbs., balding with grey hair, has blue eyes and a scar on his nose. He was last seen wearing a black track jacket with grey stripes, a grey t-shirt and dark pants.
