The Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help to locate the family of a woman, found in medical distress by paramedics early this afternoon.
Around noon, paramedics found the woman unresponsive, leaning up against a post in the 6500 block of Maple Street. She had no signs of physical injury but was taken to hospital as a precaution. The woman’s state has now deteriorated and she remains in hospital in serious condition.
The woman is Asian, in her 50s, 5’7″ tall and weighs 130 lbs., has long black hair and has a distinct mole on her left cheek, below her eye. She was cleanly dressed, was wearing a beige coat, a flowered scarf, a black and grey checkered vest, pink fleece pajamas and grey and red Adidas runners.
