Abbotsford Police Constable Christopher Nicholson appeared in the Supreme Court of British Columbia on July 19th and has now been charged with the following offences:

  • six counts of obstruct justice
  • three counts of breach of trust
  • one count of unsafe storage of a firearm

Crown Counsel is proceeding by way of direct indictment to the Supreme Court of British Columbia on this matter.

Constable Nicholson has been released on an undertaking, pending his next scheduled court appearance on August 28th in Supreme Court.

As this matter is now before the courts, there is no further information to share at this time.
