The Vancouver Police have arrested two youths and one remains outstanding following an afternoon cell phone heist.
Around 3:30 this afternoon, three youths brandishing what appeared to be firearms robbed the Tom Harris Cellular Store located in the 2700 block of Rupert Street. After obtaining an unknown quantity of cellular phones, the youths fled in a waiting get away car.
The car was stopped a short distance away and all three youths ran from the vehicle. Two were arrested a short distance away, while the third has not yet been located.
