Bradley MacCulloch is back behind bars after being arrested by the Vancouver Police High Risk Offender Unit.
MacCulloch was the subject of a media release by the VPD yesterday after he failed to return to his halfway house. He was located and taken into custody at about 1:00 this afternoon.
