High risk sex offender Darren Wheatley was arrested in Surrey yesterday after being spotted following the media coverage of his failure to return to his Vancouver halfway house on March 9th.
Wheatley is a two-time Federal offender currently serving a 10-year sentence for two counts of sexual assault, sexual assault causing bodily harm and two counts of overcoming resistance by choking, following three separate attacks on adult women in Ontario.
