Take our online survey

The Vancouver Police Department is asking for your help in developing a new strategic plan that will shape your policing services for the next five years.

Starting today through December 1st, we are asking for the public’s input to determine our goals and priorities between 2016 and the year 2020.

“We are your VPD and we want to hear your concerns,” says VPD Chief Constable Adam Palmer. “In addition to receiving input from our sworn and civilian staff and our community partners, we want to know where you, the public, think we can improve our service to the community.”

For the next five weeks, the public can provide their input, in a variety of languages, through an online survey. We will also have a number of ballot boxes distributed at all Vancouver Public Library locations, Community Policing Centres, Community Centres, Vancouver City Hall, the VPD Property Office and the front counter at both VPD headquarters buildings – 2120 Cambie Street and 3585 Graveley Street.

Whether you live, work or play in Vancouver, when you think about crime, safety and quality of life in Vancouver, we want to know what concerns you feel the VPD should focus on.
