Police continue to investigate shooting in East Vancouver.
Police were called to a home in the area of East 5th Avenue and Cassiar Street just before 9 pm last night, where they located a 42-year-old woman suffering from gunshot wounds. She was rushed to hospital and remains in serious, but stable condition.
Investigators believe this was a targeted shooting, and do not believe the public are at risk.
No arrests have been made.
